What is the return policy?
Our products are personalized and/or custom-made items, developed specifically for each order placed. Due to this characteristic, the customer declares to be aware that we do not accept exchanges or returns due to regret, personal taste, chosen size, or any other subjective criterion after the purchase confirmation.
This procedure is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), especially regarding personalized products, custom-made items, and those that cannot be resold to third parties without loss.
It should be noted that the consumer's legal rights remain guaranteed in cases of manufacturing defects, proven order errors, or non-conformity with the advertised product.
When will I receive my order?
Our production process differs from the traditional ready-to-ship model. We work with the customization of original pieces, which involves specific steps before final shipment:
- Purchase of shirts directly from international factories and suppliers, including import stages;
- Receipt of materials at our studio;
- Handcrafted and/or personalized customization process;
- Finishing, quality control, and preparation for shipping.
The deadline informed at the time of purchase already accounts for all these necessary steps. The estimated shipping time is up to 45 (forty-five) days, considering the time for acquiring the pieces, import, and the manual customization process.
This period is necessary to ensure individual attention to each piece, as all shirts are handcrafted, respecting the quality standard and the artistic proposal of the project. This production model allows us to work with original shirts and offer a more accessible cost, maintaining authenticity and care in each product.
What is the shipping cost?
We chose to offer a promotional flat shipping rate for all of Brazil as part of our commitment to make access to our pieces more democratic and transparent for all customers, regardless of region.
What is the material of the blouses?
We work with original jerseys acquired directly from international suppliers and factories, prioritizing quality, durability, and faithfulness to the characteristics of the base garments used in the customization process.
As these are original items, there may be slight natural variations between batches, such as subtle differences in texture, shade, or finish, without compromising the quality or authenticity of the product. These variations are inherent to the nature of supply and the industrial-scale production of the base garments.
Upon receipt, each jersey undergoes a manual process of artistic intervention and customization, making each unit unique. The materials used in the interventions are selected considering resistance, finish, and preservation of the original item's integrity.
